The team at Care 4 America Inc. wants to provide all of the services that you and your loved ones need. We accept most insurance or provide you with the necessary paperwork to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.

Also, for those who are paying cash and have no insurance coverage, we utilize a sliding scale that is based on several factors and income to compute. When you visit our office for the first time, our business office personnel will discuss and compute your affordable fee.

Please keep in mind, there are a variety of different services that can be provided for each individual client and it is based on YOU. Those services are flexible in time, cost and duration of therapeutic services and can differ from one person to another. We aim to provide each of our clients with the best counseling utilizing the best care and professionalism that all clients truly deserve.
