Often, we think that life should be easy, especially when other people's lives seem to run more smoothly than our own.
We wonder why we carry such an enormous burden,
or, we think that our problems are insignificant compared to the tragedies in other peoples lives, and we should just toughen up.
The truth is, no pain is insurmountable and no amount of pain is trivial.
Acknowledging how our personal pain affects us is the first step toward the life we want, the next step is contacting Care 4 America

Scholar Practitioner and Clinical Therapist

Natasha Davies is a scholar-practitioner in the field of Clinical Psychology. She provides clients and colleagues with up to date, scientifically backed mental health education alongside clinical therapies that have been proven effective. The goal of each therapy session with Natasha will be to ensure that the client understand the behaviors and thought processes that play a vital role in undesired life outcomes, mental health decline or an interruption of positive daily functioning. The clients’ goals for therapy will be the focus at each session as to ensure a quick and effective therapeutic outcome. Shame, fear, guilt and negative circumstances can stop us from experiencing a fulfilling life; they can also stop us from making the first move in seeking personal mental health care.

Natasha deeply desires to see families and relationships renewed, children growing to their full potential and the joy of positive living revived in all.
